Yorkshire Cancer Network's Information Pathways
The Yorkshire Cancer Network (YCN) is undertaking development of "Information Pathways" for all cancer types. These pathways are designed to list all the information resources that are routinely offered to patients as part of quality care. In addition to the list they offer a link directly to the resource itself; enabling everyone to access the most up to date version of the information that is currently available.
These lists have been put together as a result of detailed discussion between service users, information specialists, nurses, doctors and other members of the care team. YCN hope that you'll find them useful.
